You will be sent a reminder message 48 hours prior your appointment.

A fee will be incurred if an appointment is missed or altered within 48 hours of your appointment time.

Skin testing is compulsory and will need to be carried out NO LESS THAN 7 days prior to colour service.

Our preferred skin testing is using ColourStart but traditional allergy alert testing is available for those unable to use ColourStart.

For traditional testing, if an existing guest has exactly the same colour as they have had previously with no irritations then they should be tested on a yearly basis.

If you have a reaction to any ALLERGY ALERT TEST use NO colour and seek medical advice.

Multiple skin tests can be applied and must be photographed and documented if using the traditional allergy alert test.

If a guest has any adverse reaction ALL previous tests will become null and void. An individual skin test must then be carried out.

Records must be kept by us for 6 years.

Annual skin test policy is in compliance with FHA screening questions which apply to all test methods.
